Do I need an appointment or is walk-in okay?
We accept both appointments and walk-ins, though appointments are recommended to guarantee availability with your preferred barber.
How often should I get a haircut?
Most clients visit every 2-4 weeks to maintain their style. We'll recommend a schedule based on your haircut and growth pattern.
What COVID-19 safety measures are in place?
We follow all DC health guidelines including sanitation protocols between clients and optional mask requirements.
Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes! Gift certificates are available for any service or dollar amount and can be purchased in-person or online.
What's your cancellation policy?
We request 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards as well as cash. Tips are appreciated in cash when possible.
